Recommended Treatment Protocols

Clinical trials and experience have shown that an initial series of six infusions (induction) over a 10-40 day period, followed by maintenance (booster) infusions, typically 1-3 months apart, provides an effective treatment with relief of symptoms. Because everyone is unique, each patient’s treatment protocol is customized to their specific needs and conditions.

More than one series of treatments may be needed to achieve optimal results. Please note that this course of treatment is elective, results are not guaranteed, and you are required to maintain regular communication with your licensed mental health care provider throughout your treatment.

Infusions are indicated for treatment-resistant depression (TRD), general anxiety disorder (GAD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pre-menstrual mood disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression (PPD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as a few other mood disorders and conditions.

20-minute Phone Consult : $0

45-minute Ketamine First Office Consult : $125 (cash price, insurance costs are billed through your payor plan)
(in person visit to be completed before infusions are scheduled)

45-minute Ketamine Infusion : $450 per infusion (cash/time of service price, insurance costs are billed through your payor plan)

Payment is made in advance for each treatment before therapy can begin. We accept cash, checks, credit, and debit cards. We are in-network with some insurance plans (Regence and some other Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans, and Kaiser PPO and First Choice Health). We can provide information to you on pursuing insurance reimbursement as well as with an individual health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), and Advance Care Card.

Since the use of ketamine is OFF-LABEL, some insurance companies MAY not cover and Medicaid/Medicare will NOT COVER its use for treating depression. For out of network plans, we can assist with insurance reimbursement and submission of Superbills.

We do offer a discount to Veterans, First Responders, and Health Care Workers (cash paying customers, not valid with insurance payments). Please call for details.
